Cookie Policy
Last updated: 8 June 2026
This Cookie Policy explains how Fantastic Online Stores PTY LTD (ABN 39 655 964 784), trading as FanPass (“FanPass”, “we”, “us”), uses cookies and similar technologies on myfanpass.app and web.myfanpass.app. It should be read with our Privacy Policy.
What cookies are
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They let a site remember your actions and preferences (such as staying signed in) over time. We also use similar browser storage, like local storage, for the same purposes.
Strictly necessary cookies
These are required for the app to function and cannot be turned off through our interface. We use them to keep you signed in and to secure your session. They are set by our authentication provider, Supabase. We also store your theme (light or dark) and your distance and temperature units in your browser's local storage so the app does not flash the wrong mode on load and remembers how you like to read distances and temperatures.
Your saved trip
Before you sign in, your team and match selections are kept in your browser's local storage so you can build a plan without an account. This stays on your device until you clear it or sign in to sync it to your account. It is not an advertising technology.
Analytics cookies
We use PostHog to understand how the product is used so we can improve it, for example which pages are viewed and where people drop off. These analytics help us run the service but are not strictly necessary. We run PostHog in a privacy-friendly way: session replay is off, we do not build anonymous profiles, and we honour a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal where your browser sends one.
No advertising cookies
We do not use cookies for advertising, and we do not sell your data or share it with advertising networks. Travel affiliate links only carry a partner tracking tag once you click through to a partner's own site; they do not track you across FanPass.
Managing cookies
You can control and delete cookies through your browser settings, and set your browser to refuse non-essential cookies. Blocking strictly necessary cookies will stop you from signing in and using the app. Most browsers also honour a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal where supported.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version here and change the date above.
